For larger projects, after agreeing on the strategy and scope of work, we provide a detailed commercial proposal with a breakdown of all tasks and the total cost.
Payment is usually made via bank transfer or card.
If the project requires monthly ad optimization or full marketing support, we are open to discussing individual payment terms, flexibly adapting to your needs.

We provide full reporting for all stages of work.
All key metrics — CTR, number of leads, cost per click, and other performance indicators — are recorded in Google Sheets, to which you have constant access. You can check the data at any time and verify the results.
In addition, we provide regular reports for each stage of the project so you are always aware of progress and can monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

We are always available and focused on your results. If you decide to end the collaboration, the following terms apply:
1. Prepayment (50%)
Refundable only if work has not yet started and no more than 14 calendar days have passed since payment.
“Start of work” includes any of the following: launching advertising campaigns, agreeing on website structure, creating creatives, delivering design layouts or video materials.
2. If work has already started
The prepayment is non-refundable, as you are already receiving completed or partially completed deliverables.
For design, video, and web development, we provide up to 5 free revisions if submitted as a single consolidated list.
Each additional revision costs €15–30 or the equivalent in USD, depending on complexity (standard market rate for design changes).
3. Project completion
The project is considered completed if:

• advertising campaigns are ready to launch;
• the website is published and matches the approved scope;
• all materials (design, video, etc.) are approved, or after 5 revisions no additional paid revisions are requested;
• all tasks in the agreed plan are fulfilled.

After this, the remaining 100% payment is due. If payment is refused after completion, the prepayment is not refunded and further cooperation is suspended.
4. Refund due to our fault
If we have not started work or have not responded for more than 14 calendar days (unless another timeframe was agreed), you are entitled to a full refund of the prepayment.
5. Delays caused by the client
If delays occur due to lack of feedback or materials for more than 14 days, this is not considered our fault. Work is paused until clarification, and the prepayment is non-refundable.
6. Working in client accounts
We set up advertising in your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). We assist with campaigns but do not guarantee approval of all account reviews.
For websites, we use your platform (e.g., WordPress, Tilda). Issues related to domains, hosting, or ad account funding remain your responsibility, although we can provide guidance.
7. Contract
If needed, we sign an official contract outlining scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
Up to 14 days are allocated for contract approval.
If the contract is not signed by both parties within this period, cooperation is terminated.
