4. Data We May Collect- Contact information: name, nickname, phone, email, and other details.
- Business information, projects, and requests provided for receiving services.
- Data transmitted via third-party services (Telegram, WhatsApp, social networks, etc.).

- The Project takes reasonable measures to comply with applicable data protection laws but does not control and is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including third-party services and platforms.

9. Publication of Case Studies and Cooperation Results- SimpleADS may publish cooperation results as case studies on the Website, social networks, and any public or private platforms.
- Publications may include videos, texts, graphics, images, advertising account data, analytics, and any information provided or disclosed during cooperation.
- If an NDA exists between the Project and the User, publications will be generalized without directly identifying the User (e.g., “a manufacturing company” or “an online store”).
- Without an NDA, publications may include any materials. Case studies remain publicly available until a written request for deletion is submitted, even if the 10-year retention period has expired.
- SimpleADS is not responsible for materials about cooperation posted by third parties, contractors, or anyone else and does not control their content.
- The Project may use any information about cooperation for marketing, advertising, or other purposes without restriction on format or placement.
10. Responsibility- The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
- SimpleADS is not liable for losses, including indirect, incidental, lost profits, or any other consequences arising from the use of the Website, data transmission via third-party services, or interaction with the Project.
- All data is considered voluntarily provided, with explicit User consent.
11. International Audience- The Project takes reasonable measures to protect Users’ data from any jurisdiction.
- SimpleADS strives to comply with applicable legal requirements but is not responsible for actions of third-party services or platforms.
12. Data Deletion- Data and case publications may only be deleted upon written request sent via the official email listed in the Contacts section of the Website, using a signed document in Russian or English.
- Publications will be removed only from the Website and/or the Project’s social media accounts listed on the Website.
13. Policy Changes- The Project reserves the right to amend this Policy without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated Policy.

- Users may submit written requests to delete data or case publications only via an official signed document in Russian or English, sent to the email provided on the Website.
